13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 18, lines 6-9, delete those lines

16  and insert:  sewage treatment and disposal systems.  The

17  department shall require effluent from onsite sewage treatment

18  and disposal systems to meet advanced waste treatment

19  concentrations, as defined in s. 403.086.

23  And the title is amended as follows:

24         On page 1, line 7, after the semicolon,

25

26  insert:

27         eliminating a requirement that specified onsite

28         sewage treatment and disposal systems meet

29         certain advanced waste treatment

30         concentrations;
