14         On page 2, lines 4 through 12,

15  remove from the bill:  all of said lines

17  and insert in lieu thereof:

18  this state by registering to vote, or making a statement of

19  domicile pursuant to s. 222.17, Florida Statutes, or filing

20  for homestead tax exemption on property in this state, the

21  license shall remain in effect for 90 days following the date

22  on which the holder of the license establishes legal state

23  residence. This section applies only to nonresident concealed

24  weapon or concealed firearm licenseholders from states that

25  honor Florida concealed weapon or concealed firearm licenses.
