  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to the Fish and Wildlife

  3         Conservation Commission; creating s. 372.5711,

  4         F.S.; directing the commission to adopt certain

  5         permit or license fees and a processing charge

  6         by rule; providing an effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9

10         Section 1.  Section 372.5711, Florida Statutes, is

11  created to read:

12         372.5711  License and permit fees established by the

13  commission.--Notwithstanding any other provision of this

14  chapter, all license and permit fees established by this

15  chapter, except for license and permit fees established in s.

16  372.57, shall be established by the Fish and Wildlife

17  Conservation Commission by rule. Any permit or license fee

18  adopted by rule supersedes and replaces the fee provided for

19  in this chapter. In addition, the commission may adopt by rule

20  a processing charge of up to $100 for each license or permit

21  required by chapter 39, Florida Administrative Code. The

22  commission shall annually report to the legislature any

23  actions taken under this section.

24         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 1999.
