14         On page 4, line 30, through

15            page 5, line 8, delete those lines

17  and insert:

18         (4)  MEMBERSHIP.--The commission shall be composed of

19  23 members.

20         (a)  One member shall be a member of the Florida Senate

21  and shall be appointed by the Senate President.

22         (b)  One member shall be a member of the Florida House

23  of Representatives and shall be appointed by the Speaker of

24  the House of Representatives.

25         (c)  One member shall be the Secretary of the

26  Department of Children and Family Services or his or her

27  designee.

28         (d)  One member shall be the Secretary of health or his

29  or her designee.
