15         On page 9, lines 4 through 7, delete those lines

17  and insert:  suspended or revoked by this or any other state,

18  or if the individual has resigned from a school district in

19  lieu of disciplinary action with respect to child welfare

20  and/or safety, or has been dismissed for just cause by any

21  school district with respect to child welfare and/or safety.
