  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to seaplanes; prohibiting

  3         seaplanes from entering the waters of

  4         Ochlockonee Bay; providing an effective date.

  6  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  7

  8         Section 1.  Seaplanes are prohibited from entering the

  9  waters of Ochlockonee Bay.

10         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

11  law.
