14         On page 10, after line 31,

16  insert:

17         Section 10.  Subsection (9) is added to section 20.41,

18  Florida Statutes, to read:

19         20.41  Department of Elderly Affairs.--There is created

20  a Department of Elderly Affairs.

21         (9)  Area agencies on aging are subject to chapter 119,

22  relating to public records, and to ss. 286.011-286.012,

23  relating to public meetings.
