  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to Enterprise Florida, Inc.;

  3         expressing the legislative intent to enact

  4         organizational and programmatic improvements to

  5         Enterprise Florida Inc.; providing an effective

  6         date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9

10         Section 1.  It is the intent of the Legislature to

11  enact organizational and programmatic changes to Enterprise

12  Florida, Inc., in order to improve the performance and

13  effectiveness of the state's principal economic development

14  organization.

15         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

16  law.
