        Immediately following Specific Appropriation 1048B, 
        INSERT:

        From the funds provided in Specific Appropriation
        1048B, $100,000 from General Inspection Trust Fund
        must be used to develop a consumer education and
        outreach program targeting creole speaking audiences
        and must utilize Haitian radio and outdoor
        advertising.


Line item amendments are accepted as part of the amendatory process.  However, due to the necessity of using computerized systems this may entail a different placement
within a budget entity or the renumbering of the specific appropriation items.
