        Petroleum Tanks Cleanup - Preapprovals

        Immediately following Specific Appropriation 1275, 
        INSERT:

        From the funds in Specific Appropriation 1275, up to
        $1,500,000 and no more than $300,000 per site shall
        be used for a pilot program to fund five (5) low
        priority petroleum contaminated sites for
        remediation by way of innovative products and
        processes.


Line item amendments are accepted as part of the amendatory process.  However, due to the necessity of using computerized systems this may entail a different placement
within a budget entity or the renumbering of the specific appropriation items.
