        Immediately following Specific Appropriation 1875, 
        INSERT:

        From funds provided in Specific Appropriation 1875,
        $20,000 for lottery advertising shall be allocated
        to Daytona radio station WPUL and $20,000 for
        lottery advertising
        shall be allocated to Tampa radio station WTMP.


Line item amendments are accepted as part of the amendatory process.  However, due to the necessity of using computerized systems this may entail a different placement
within a budget entity or the renumbering of the specific appropriation items.
