        Community Development And Revitalization

        At the end of existing proviso language, following 
        Specific Appropriation 1143A, INSERT:

        Communities/Local Governments that receive funding
        from Specific Appropriation 1143A shall be subject
        to the provisions of the Local Government
        Comprehensive Planning and Land Development
        Regulation Act as set forth in s. 163.3161, Florida
        Statutes.

within a budget entity or the renumbering of the specific appropriation items.
