        Intermodal/Rail Development/Grants

        Immediately following the last paragraph of Specific 
        Appropriation 1516, INSERT new proviso:

        From the funds in Specific Appropriation 1516 from
        the available High Speed Rail funds in the DOT Work
        Program, $75,000 shall be provided to the South
        Florida Regional Planning Council to provide detail
        for implementation of the I-75 Master Plan and to
        study the feasibility of a western rail corridor.


Line item amendments are accepted as part of the amendatory process.  However, due to the necessity of using computerized systems this may entail a different placement
within a budget entity or the renumbering of the specific appropriation items.
