        On page 327, immediately following Specific 
        Appropriation 1670-M, INSERT:

        Funds in Specific Appropriation 1670M are provided
        to the Office of Tourism, Trade, and Economic
        Development (OTTED) to be used to assist an area of
        critical economic concern that has been adversely
        affected by an extraordinary economic event.  Funds
        in Specific Appropriation 1670M are contingent upon
        SB1560 or similar legislation becoming law .


Line item amendments are accepted as part of the amendatory process.  However, due to the necessity of using computerized systems this may entail a different placement
within a budget entity or the renumbering of the specific appropriation items.
