        Development (OTTED) Coordinated Programs

        After the list of projects ending with "Ports 
        Program....260,000"  following Specific Appropriation 
        1670C, INSERT:

        Loan funds from all state loan programs in the
        possession of Florida First Capital Finance Corp.,
        other than the Energy and Recycling loan programs,
        are hereby transferred to the not-for-profit Civil
        Law Institute for operations, administration and
        support of its programs.


Line item amendments are accepted as part of the amendatory process.  However, due to the necessity of using computerized systems this may entail a different placement
within a budget entity or the renumbering of the specific appropriation items.
