Spec App: 41-AA Bethune Cookman College in Jacksonville.


NET IMPACT ON: Total Funds General Revenue Trust Funds Recurring - 0 0 0 Non-Recurring - 5,000,000 5,000,000 0 _________________________________________________________________________________ Positions & Amounts Positions & Amounts DELETE INSERT EDUCATION, DEPARTMENT OF, AND COMMISSIONER OF EDUCATION Office Of Deputy Commissioner For Planning, Budgeting And Management In Section 02 On Page 017 41-AA Fixed Capital Outlay FCO - FAMU/Edward Waters/Bethune Cookman Cooperative-Use Facility From General Revenue Fund 5,000,000 After the new Specific Appropriation, insert the following proviso: Funds in Specific Appropriation 41-AA shall be used for a joint-use classroom facility between Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, Edward Waters College and Bethune Cookman College on the existing campus of Edward Waters College in Duval County. The joint-use facility shall be available to each institution for all educational activities. Title to the facility shall be with the State University System. Edward Waters shall be responsible for the operation and maintenance of the facility. Edward Waters shall have the right to reimburse the State University System for this appropriation. Line item amendments are accepted as part of the amendatory process. However, due to the necessity of using computerized systems this may entail a different placement within a budget entity or the renumbering of the specific appropriation items.
