        In the second line of the fifth paragraph of proviso 
        following Specific Appropriation 109 on page 34, 
        strike:

        $20,000,000

        and insert the following new proviso:

        $30,000,000

        In the third line of the first paragraph of proviso 
        following Specific Appropriation 109 on page 34, 
        strike:

        $3,146.91

        Recalculate the base student allocation to reflect an 
        increase in the total amount allocated for a Sparsity 
        Supplement
