On Page: 061 Transfers Adult Handicapped Funds from individual
community colleges back to public school districts
Spec App: 155 except for St. Petersburg Junior College and the
original four colleges which were offering adult
handicapped programs. This amendment provides for a
20% increase for Senior Learning School Districts. In
addition, it increases and reallocates Adult
Handicapped funds by $5 million by decreasing funds in
the Challenge Grants/Critical Deferred Maintenance Lump
Sum within the Board of Regents budget.
