At the end of existing proviso language, following
Specific Appropriation 259, INSERT:
Of the funds in Specific Appropriaption 259,
$6,775,767 from the Grants and Donations Trust Fund
and $8,786,398 from the Medical Care Trust Fund are
provided to increase specialists physician medicaid
fees beginning January 1, 2000. The portion of
these funds necessary to reimburse physicians

through prepaid health plans may be transferred to
Specific appropriation 260 as needed in accorance
with a provision of Chapter 216, Florida Statutes.
