On Page: 086 Funds the agency request and Governor's Recommendation
to increase the Medicaid fees for specialist
Spec App: 259 physicians, beginning January 1, 2000 to compensate for
appropriation reductions over the last ten years. The
funding source would be Medicaid savings through
recoupment of fraud and abuse claims and third party
liability.
