        Following existing proviso after Specific 
        Appropriation 350, INSERT:

        From funds in Specific Appropriation 350, $700,000
        in recurring General Revenue shall be used by Banyan
        Circle to operate a 24 bed halfway house for
        substance abusing women and women with dependent
        children in Palm Beach County.


Line item amendments are accepted as part of the amendatory process.  However, due to the necessity of using computerized systems this may entail a different placement
within a budget entity or the renumbering of the specific appropriation items.
