        Immediately following Specific Appropriation 441, 
        INSERT:

        From funds in Specific Appropriation 441, $300,000
        in recurring General Revenue shall be used for the
        Meals on Wheels Plus of Manatee, Inc. to provide
        adult day care services in Manatee County.
