        Following Specific Appropriation 476, INSERT:

        From the recurring general revenue funds in Specific
        Appropriation 476, $485,000 shall be allocated to
        South Florida Substance Abuse, Inc. for the HIV/AIDS
        and Methadone Treatment Program.
