and insert in lieu thereof:
From funds in Specific Appropriation 478 $1,000,000
in recurring funds is provided to Jeppesen
VisionQuest to provide eyeglasses and vision exams
for low income children and $1,700,000 in recurring
general revenue funds is provided for a vision
screening, utilizing the color photorefraction as
developed and patented by the National Aeronautics
and Space Administration, for students in grades
pre-kindergarten through three.

within a budget entity or the renumbering of the specific appropriation items. |
