NET IMPACT ON: Total Funds General Revenue Trust Funds Recurring - 700,000 700,000 0 Non-Recurring - 0 0 0 _________________________________________________________________________________ Positions & Amounts Positions & Amounts DELETE INSERT HEALTH, DEPARTMENT OF Health Services In Section 03 On Page 139 478 Aid To Local Governments Grants And Aids - School Health Screenings From General Revenue Fund 2,000,000 2,700,000 DELETE the proviso immediately following Specific Appropriation 478: and insert in lieu thereof: From funds in Specific Appropriation 478 $1,000,000 in recurring funds is provided to Jeppesen VisionQuest to provide eyeglasses and vision exams for low income children and $1,700,000 in recurring general revenue funds is provided for a vision screening, utilizing the color photorefraction as developed and patented by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration, for students in grades pre-kindergarten through three.
Line item amendments are accepted as part of the amendatory process. However, due to the necessity of using computerized systems this may entail a different placement within a budget entity or the renumbering of the specific appropriation items.
