        Following Specific Appropriation 490, INSERT:

        No funds from Specific Appropriation 490 shall be
        used to offer or refer minor students for abortion
        related services; and no funds shall be used to
        offer minor students contraceptives or contraceptive
        services without express written parental
        permission.


Line item amendments are accepted as part of the amendatory process.  However, due to the necessity of using computerized systems this may entail a different placement
within a budget entity or the renumbering of the specific appropriation items.
