        Immediately following Specific Appropriation 972A, 
        INSERT:

        From the funds provided in Specific Appropriation
        972A, the Department shall provide for 25 beds at
        Bay Point Schools in Dade County.

within a budget entity or the renumbering of the specific appropriation items.
