11  Senator Saunders moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 23, following line 31,

16  insert:

17         Section 29.  In order to implement Specific

18  Appropriation 2005A of the 1999-2000 General Appropriations

19  Act, paragraph (c) is added to subsection (2) of section

20  61.181, Florida Statutes, 1998 Supplement, to read:

21         61.181  Central depository for receiving, recording,

22  reporting, monitoring, and disbursing alimony, support,

23  maintenance, and child support payments; fees.--

24         (2)

25         (c)  For the 1999-2000 fiscal year only, the child

26  support enforcement depositories of Dade County, Collier

27  County, and Seminole County are exempt from participation in

28  the automated child support enforcement system. This paragraph

29  expires July 1, 2000.
