15         On page 15, between lines 25 and 26,

17  insert:

18         7.  The minimum anticipated loss ratios in s.

19  627.411(2)(a) shall not apply to policy forms issued prior to

20  the effective date of this act. For these policy forms the

21  loss ratio tables and loss ratio adjustment formulas in effect

22  at the time the policy form was filed shall apply.
