14         On page 10, line 11, after the period

16  insert:  Leased employees from the department shall work under

17  the management of a One-Stop Career Center operator, but shall

18  retain their state employment status, including the right to

19  participate in the Florida Retirement System and the State

20  Group Insurance Program.
