14         On page 26, lines 18-20, delete those lines

16  and insert:  all community colleges within the board's region;

17  those district school superintendents with authority for

18  conducting postsecondary educational programs within the

19  region; and a representative from a nonpublic postsecondary

20  educational institution that is an authorized individual

21  training account provider within the region. The
