17 Section 2. This part does not apply to a certified
18 public accountant licensed under chapter 473 who is acting
19 within the scope of the practice of public accounting, as
20 defined in s. 473.302, provided that the activities of the
21 certified public accountant are limited to advising a client
22 of the necessity of obtaining insurance, the amount of
23 insurance needed, or the line of coverage needed, and provided
24 that the certified public accountant does not directly or
25 indirectly receive or share in any commission, referral fee,
26 or solicitor's fee.
