18 Section 3. The amount of the reimbursement provided by
19 an insurance company licensed to do business in this state to
20 a provider of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) services or the
21 provider's agent may not exceed the usual, customary, and
22 reasonable fees charged by an MRI center that could be
23 independently selected by a consumer for the particular
24 services in the particular area of this state in accordance
25 with chapter 627, Florida Statutes.
