  2         An act relating to the lottery; expressing the

  3         legislative intent to enhance the Florida

  4         Lottery; providing an effective date.

  6  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to enhance the

  9  Florida Lottery.

10         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 1999.
