13         Amendment to Amendment 515021(with title amendment) 

14         On page 1, lines 14-18,

15  remove from the amendment:  all of said lines,

17  and insert in lieu thereof:

18         On page 1, lines 24-29,

19  remove from the bill:  all of said lines,

21  and insert in lieu thereof:  prisoners shall be granted by the

22  board of county commissioners unless, by a majority vote of

23  the board of county commissioners, the board elects to

24  discontinue or revise gain-time policies for good conduct. If

25  the board of commissioners authorizes commutation of time for

26  good conduct,, and the following deductions shall be made from

27  the term of sentence when no charge of misconduct has been

28  sustained against a county prisoner: up to 5 days per month

29  off the first and second years of the sentence; up to 10 days

30  per month off the third and fourth years of the sentence; up

31  to 15 days per
