14         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

15         On page 40, between lines 29 and 30,

17  insert:

18         Section 20.  The trustees of the Florida Retirement

19  System may review the actuarial report prepared in accordance

20  with Florida law. Furthermore, in the discharge of their

21  fiduciary duties, the Trustees should review the process by

22  which FRS contribution rates are reviewed or adopted and

23  submit any comments regarding the process to the Governor and

24  legislative leadership.
