14         On page 25, line 5, through page 26, line 9, delete

15  those lines

17  and insert:

18         331.411  Board of directors; powers and duties.--

19         (1)  There is created a board of directors of the

20  corporation, which shall consist of up to 7 voting members as

21  follows:

22         (a)  One representative appointed by each of the

23  following:

24         1.  The board of supervisors of the Spaceport Florida

25  Authority.

26         2.  The board of directors of the Florida Export

27  Finance Corporation.

28         3.  The director of the Office of Tourism, Trade, and

29  Economic Development.

30         4.  The board of directors of Enterprise Florida, Inc.

31         5.  The Secretary of Transportation.

 1         (b)  The Governor shall appoint the following members:

 2         1.  A member representing the investment banking

 3  industry.

 4         2.  An attorney at law in private practice.

 5

 6  The board shall also include two ex officio nonvoting members,

 7  a member of the House of Representatives selected by the

 8  Speaker of the House of Representatives, and a member of the

 9  Senate selected by the President of the Senate, both of whom

10  shall serve 2-year terms.
