15         On page 2, lines 20-22, delete those lines

17  and insert:  date of Senate Bill 2540 or similar legislation,

18  relating to the commercial space industry, but it shall not

19  take effect unless it is enacted by a three-fifths vote of the

20  membership of each house of the Legislature and unless SB 2540

21  or similar legislation, relating to the commercial space
