  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to the WAGES Program;

  3         expressing the legislative intent to foster

  4         economic development projects having a

  5         significant impact on the employment of WAGES

  6         participants; providing an effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9

10         Section 1.  It is the intention of the Legislature to

11  foster economic development projects leading to employment

12  opportunities compatible with the education and skill levels

13  of participants in the Work and Gain Economic Self-sufficiency

14  (WAGES) Program.

15         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

16  law.
