  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to the space industry;

  3         expressing the legislative intent to foster the

  4         continued development of the space industry;

  5         providing an effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8

  9         Section 1.  It is the intention of the Legislature to

10  foster the continued development of the space industry in the

11  state and to provide a business climate conducive to the

12  location of the VentureStar reusable space launch vehicle

13  project in the state.

14         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

15  law.
