18  and insert in lieu thereof:

19         1.  The School Readiness Program Estimating Conference

20  shall develop such estimates and forecasts of the number of

21  children eligible for school readiness programs in accordance

22  with the eligibility standards established pursuant to this

23  act as the Conference determines are needed to support the

24  State planning, budgeting, and appropriations process.
