15         On page 16, between lines 5 and 6, of the bill

17  insert:

18         (g)  A coalition may, subject to approval of the

19  governing board as part of the coalition's plan, receive

20  subsidized child care funds for all children eligible for any

21  federal subsidized child care program and be the provider of

22  the program services.
