18  and insert:

19         (a)  To implement the provisions of this act, the

20  Department of Children and Family Services is authorized to

21  spend up to $50 million from Temporary Assistance for Needy

22  Families (TANF) Block Grant funds pursuant to criteria adopted

23  by the WAGES Program State Board of Directors.
