 1         Adjutant General to administer a

 2         life-preparation program and job-readiness

 3         services; creating s. 290.0069, F.S.; directing

 4         the Office of Tourism, Trade, and Economic

 5         Development to designate a pilot project area

 6         within an enterprise zone; providing

 7         qualifications for such area; providing that

 8         certain businesses in such area are eligible

 9         for credits against the tax on sales, use, and

10         other transactions and corporate income tax;

11         providing for computation of such credits;

12         providing application procedures and

13         requirements; providing rulemaking authority;

14         requiring a review and report by the Office of

15         Program Policy Analysis and Government

16         Accountability; providing for future repeal and

17         revocation of such designation; providing an

18         extended period for certain businesses to claim

19         enterprise-zone tax incentives; authorizing

20         amendments to the boundaries of an enterprise

21         zone in a community with a brownfield pilot
