11  The Committee on Finance & Taxation offered the following:

14         On page 3, line 7,

15  remove from the bill:  all of said lines

17  and insert in lieu thereof:

18         Section 3.  There is hereby appropriated $600,000 in

19  fiscal year 1999-2000 and $800,000 annually thereafter from

20  the General Revenue Fund to transfer appropriations previously

21  funded from the Water Quality Assurance Trust Fund due to the

22  revenue reduction resulting from this act.

23         Section 4.  This act shall take effect October 1, 1999.
