14         On page 10, lines 28 through 31

15  remove from the bill:  all of said lines

17  and insert in lieu thereof:  as provided for in s. 5(b), Art.

18  VI of the State Constitution.  This section does apply to any

19  contest of a primary or special primary election for the

20  office of member of either house of the Legislature in which

21  all qualified electors may vote, as provided for in s. 5(b),

22  Art. VI of the State Constitution, and the recipient of the

23  most votes is deemed to be elected according to applicable

24  law.
