17         (b)  The department shall distribute the United States

18  Marine Corps license plate annual use fees in the following

19  manner:

20         1.  The first $50,000 collected annually shall be

21  deposited in the State Homes for Veterans Trust Fund and must

22  be used solely for the purpose of constructing, operating, and

23  maintaining domiciliary and nursing homes for veterans subject

24  to the requirements of chapter 216.

25         2.  Any additional fees collected annually shall be
