11  Senator Grant moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment 

14         On page 33, lines 25-30, delete those lines

15

16  and insert:  division and prorations transferring $8 million

17  each fiscal year, to be used as provided in s. 265.2861.

18  Effective October 1, 2000, an additional $2 million each

19  fiscal year shall be transferred from the Corporations Trust

20  Fund to the Cultural Institutions Trust Fund to be used as

21  provided in s. 265.2861. The additional $2 million transfer is

22  contingent upon the receipt of corresponding revenues

23  collected under s. 55.209, as created by this act.

24         (i)  Effective October 1, 2000, the division shall

25  transfer from the trust fund to the Office of the Secretary,

26  Grants, and Donations Trust Fund, quarterly, prorations

27  transferring $1.6 million each fiscal year, to be used as

28  provided in s. 288.816. The transfer of $1.6 million is

29  contingent upon the receipt of corresponding revenues

30  collected under s. 55.209, as created by this act.
