13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 1, between lines 25 and 26,

16  insert:

17         Section 2.  The State University System shall prohibit

18  the acceptance of funds from patently racist sources. The

19  Board of Regents shall assist each university to identify such

20  sources of funds.
