13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 21, between lines 2 and 3,

16  insert:

17         (11)  A person, political committee, or committee of

18  continuous existence may not make contributions to any state

19  or county executive committee, including any subordinate

20  committee of a state or county committee of a political party

21  regulated by chapter 103, which contributions, in the

22  aggregate in any calendar year, exceed $7,000.
