13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 21, between lines 2 and 3,

16  insert:

17         (11)  Corporations, firms, partnerships, joint

18  ventures, or joint stock companies may not make contributions

19  to any candidate for election to or retention in office, and

20  may not make contributions to any political committee that

21  supports or opposes one or more candidates.

26         On page 1, line 24, after the second semicolon,

28  insert:

29         prohibiting corporations and certain other

30         entities from making contributions to
