11  Senator Campbell moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 1, lines 30 and 31, delete those lines

15

16  and insert:  state. Each student shall be informed by posting

17  a notice in a conspicuous place that the student has the right

18  not to participate in reciting the pledge. Upon written

19  request by the student or by his or her parent or guardian,

20  the student must be excused from reciting the pledge.

25         On page 1, line 7, after the semicolon

27  insert:
